Coach Solis

I am glad to be coaching the team this year after leaving for one year to coach and teach at Corpus Christi West Oso. We have had a great year so far. The team took 1st place at the Canutillo tournament in December and 2nd place at the Bel Air Tournament in January. It has been a challenge to pick up qualifications for State because we started late on account of me coaching football, but we have made great strides in the past few weeks. Most of the members of the speech and debate team are also in this years One-Act play production of Bury the Dead. I am blessed to be surrounded with so much talent and dedication. The team constantly strives to prove themselves tournament after tournament. We always keep in the back of our minds that respect is earned and not given. This year we are well on our way to earning that respect.
